Slide Table

MXS
Applications that call for precise movement ranging from 10-150mm (1/2-6") typically require a cylinder and a precision guide. The MXS accomplishes this by integrating a cross roller bearing with a guide and two small air cylinders for compact force generation. The MXS is available in six sizes each with set stroke lengths and is standard with auto switch capability. Stroke adjustments are available for extend, retract, or both in ranges of 0-5mm, 0-15mm, and 0-25mm. In addition, there are many other standard options that include, shock absorbers, end lock, axial piping, and buffer.
MXQR
Series MXQR, reversible air slide table, uses a recirculating linear guide for high rigidity and high precision.  Ports on the MXQR can easily be reversed on site, with an allen wrench, to suit installation conditions.The MXQR is interchangeable with the MXQ air slide table, as the body and workpiece mounting dimensions are the same.  MXQR expands from MXQ's shock options to include a new shock for the 6mm bore, as well as RJ shocks for shorter cycle times and lower energy loads.
MXQ, New
The MXQ precision slide is ideal for applications requiring closely held parallelism and perpendicular specifications. The table and bearing guide are integrated into one precisely machined part made of hardened stainless steel. Reduced in height and weight this durable material will have same strength as the conventional model.
MXQ
The MXQ precision slide is ideal for applications requiring closely held parallelism and perpendicular specifications. The table and bearing guide are integrated into one precisely machined part made of hardened stainless steel. This minimizes tolerance stack-up associated with multiple part assemblies, and affords height tolerances of +/-0.05mm. The bearing is a recirculating linear guide in a stainless steel housing.
MXH-Z
The MXH-Z compact slide table provides improved moment and reduced weight by incorporating a new high rigidity linear guide and piston for convenient integration of an endless track linear guide and air cylinder. The use of a linear guide provides outstanding displacement accuracy against moments and excellent parallelism of travel. The compact narrow profile of the unit allows for parallel position of several slides in a limited space. The MXH-Z is suitable for a wide range of industries that require material or tool handling and precision non-rotating accuracy. This product is interchangeable with previous MXH model.
MXF
The MXF is a low profile slide table that utilizes a rigid guide that is mounted parallel to an air cylinder. The actuator is equipped with location holes for quick and easy mounting changes of tools or fixtures.
MXW
The MXW is a long stroke slide table designed for strokes up to 10 inches (300mm). Stroke adjustment is standard with optional shock absorbers. The rigid table makes the MXW ideal for precise transfer of loads.
MXJ
The MXJ air slide table's integrated front mounting part and table result in a highly accurate, rigid top and front mounting surface. Clean specification styles are available with no dimensional changes.  Several options are available for both the standard and the clean series MXJ.  These options include a symmetric style, stroke adjusters, axial piping and auto switches.
MXY
The MXY series is a long-stroke type of the series MXP air slide table. The MXY comes with a built-in magnetically coupled rodless cylinder. Integrated with a linear guide, the MXY provides a rigid, compact and lightweight design.
MXP
The MXP is ideal for applications that require high precision movement in short travel situations. The precision slide table has a machined guide with very tight tolerances that operates in conjunction with highly accurate recirculating ball bearings. This slide is capable of achieving parallelism within 0.02mm and non-rotation accuracy as low as 0.03 degrees. Two of the mounting surfaces allow work to be held to a tolerance +/-0.05mm plus the tolerance of the work piece. The slide contains two pistons that operate independently to supply the movement of the actuator.
